Directions For Use:

Place the wood chunks directly in lit charcoal for immediate smoke flavour. Set up for a timed release of smoke when doing longer cooks by placing chunks into unlit charcoal, then adding some lit charcoal and a chunk of wood.

As the lit charcoal ignites the unlit charcoal, it will also cause the wood to smoke. This means that you won’t have to add wood as frequently if at all. Whether you are refining your favourite cooking techniques on the barbecue or learning an entirely new way of preparing a meal, Napoleon has the barbecue accessories you need.
